Constant force spring hanger (hereinafter referred to as the constant crane) is designed according to the principle of torque balance.The load torque and spring torque are always in balance with the allowable load displacement.For the pipe and equipment supported by constant crane, a constant supporting force can be provided when displacement occurs, so additional stress will not be brought to the pipe equipment.
The constant crane is generally used to reduce the displacement stress, such as the boiler body of the power plant, the steam, water, smoke, wind pipe and burner of the power plant, and the oil, chemical industry needs such support.When the thermal displacement of a lifting point in the pipeline system is greater than 12mm, it is appropriate to choose a constant crane to support, in order to avoid dangerous bending stress and adverse stress transfer in the pipeline system.
