FTJM type damper is used for regulating medium flow in the flue of boiler, turning the blade 90.In the range of different locations, through different medium flow, to control the system intermediary pressure, temperature, quantity and other parameters.It has the characteristics of flexible rotation and excellent adjustment performance.The damper is designed and manufactured by American EC technology and adopts the relative motion pattern of adjacent blades.
The damper is made of steel plate folded and welded, and the blade is a rhombus structure with sharp angles at both ends, which can change the distribution of airflow wake.Its regulating characteristic is at the blade opening of 25.~ 75.Within the range, the relationship between the resistance coefficient and the opening degree is approximately linear.The damper has electric, manual and pneumatic driving modes;There are local, remote control, centralized control and other control methods.

For the damper of the positive pressure hot air system, the bearing at the shaft end is equipped with a sealed air interface, which can access the sealed air to prevent internal heat leakage.
The regulating damper has two kinds of structures: ordinary type and sealed type.The common type regulating door only plays the regulating role and must be used together with other type isolating doors.Sealing type adjusting door has adjusting function namely, have again isolating function.For small capacity units can be eliminated by closing the door or isolation door.
Both sides of the blades of the sealing damper and the sides of the two perforating shafts inside the frame are pressed with stainless steel seals. When the blades are closed, they are tightly fitted with the steel pipe and the inside of the frame, which ensures the sealing effect and can absorb the thermal expansion generated when the blades are heated.
The adjusting door bearing adopts self-lubricating adjustable spherical bearing, which can absorb the flexural reaction of the blade caused by the compression, so as to ensure that the damper rotates flexibly and will not get stuck.

Users should pay attention to the following when selecting the damper:
The width (W) or length (L) in the damper specification refers to the inner dimension of the damper section, which is generally the same as the inner dimension of the pipe.
W is the size of the blade in the vertical direction (that is, the direction of the outlet axis), L is the size in the direction of the blade length, and L should be in the horizontal plane. The thickness of the damper is 450mm.
The damper specifications are designed and manufactured according to the requirements of pipe section size.
