Structure

Shut-off baffle door is mainly composed of frame, blade, seal, spindle, bearing, shaft seal, crank linkage mechanism, actuator (optional part) and other parts.The frame is molded by steel plate, welded or cast, and the blade is molded or cast by steel plate. The streamlined blade section ensures minimal medium pressure loss.

Special elastic sealing structure is provided between blades and blades and between blades and frames to ensure that the sealing rate before and after the blade is closed can reach above 99%, and the sealing rate can reach above 99.5% for special orders.The blade and spindle are connected by special fasteners. After the baffle damper is installed on the pipe, any part can be removed, and it can be easily repaired or replaced in the working state.The shaft neck adopts special sealing structure and special bearing, special sealing structure has good sealing performance, no leakage, high temperature resistance, special bearing has automatic centering and automatic compensation function, can automatically compensate the coaxiality deviation of the front and rear shaft, to ensure the closing baffle damper resistance is small, no jam, flexible rotation.

Special bearing is provided on the crank connecting rod mechanism to ensure low transmission resistance. Double-arm heavy-duty crank connecting rod mechanism is adopted for the giant closing baffle door to ensure that the opening and closing action of the baffle damper is foolproof.Manual, electric or pneumatic actuators can be directly connected to the drive spindle or crank-rod mechanism to form a remote drive, actuators can also be customized by the user.

1. Working pressure: generally <26000Pa, large specification shut-off damper or otherwise specified as special requirements;

2, operating temperature: generally <350℃, higher than 350℃, otherwise indicated (high temperature damper up to 1100℃);

3. Driving mode: manual, electric and pneumatic;

5. Sealing effect: >99%, otherwise indicated with special requirements (up to 99.5% above sealing effect)
