Directly buried axial pipe expansion joint without bracket easy insatllation
General description
Because the axial stiffness of the corrugated expansion joint is very small, the axial force produced by the internal pressure of the pipeline often affects the design and use of the pipeline system. The axial force is not subjected to any constraint to the corrugated expansion joint in the pipeline system, called the free (unbalance) corrugated expansion joint; the axial force is constrained by some mechanisms or devices and cannot be carried to the corrugated expansion joint, called the balanced corrugated expansion joint. The balanced corrugated expansion joint is divided into two kinds of damping and absorption type: the corrugated expansion joint, which uses the members of the rod and hinges to prevent the axial force conduction, is a damping type, and the balance of the corrugated expansion joint is realized by using the working pressure itself as an absorption type.
Structural characteristics
The compensator has good self-sealing protection performance and can be buried directly in the ground with a limited-position device. There is no need to install a merger. It is allowed to install more than two compensators within the main fixed pipe frame to reduce the secondary fixed pipe frame for split compensation Good guiding performance, easy for construction and installation. The investment is low, no maintenance is needed, and it has certain economic and social benefits. At the same time, our company has developed a "two-way without thrust directly buried corrugated expansion joint" according to customer needs.
Application examples
A straight buried carbon steel pipe line, 250m long, nominal diameter DN300m, actual working pressure 1.3MPa, medium maximum working temperature 12 ℃, environment minimum temperature 5 ℃, fatigue
Life expectancy is more than 3000 times. Take over the connection and try to choose the directly buried axial bellows compensator. And calculate the force of the compensator on the main fixed pipe frame (the bellows are not pre-stretched, and the friction resistance of the soil against the directly buried pipe is not considered)
